Delivery terms and conditions: FRATI Shop Online
This section of the Delivery Terms applies only to purchases made on the FRATI Shop Online website at www.fratishop.com and does not apply to orders made in store.
The online delivery process
Once you have placed your order online, we will send you an order acknowledgement email which will indicate an estimated delivery date for your goods to the delivery date specified in your order. The estimated delivery date will also appear on the website when you place your order.
We will endeavor to meet the estimated delivery dates however there are times where we are unable to do this and your confirmed delivery date will be different. We would advise you not to make any plans to accept your delivery, for example booking time off from work, until we have confirmed the date with you.
We aim to deliver your order within 8 working days of placing your order, depending on stock availability and where you live, within 5 – 8 working days outside Abuja and 3 – 5 working days within Abuja.
Within 72 hours of placing your order online, we will send you a delivery advice email which will confirm the planned delivery date and specify whether delivery will be made by our delivery team, or by a parcel courier. It will also set out your delivery number. If you have included a mobile telephone number, we will also send you an SMS text message to confirm the delivery date.
You agree to check the delivery advice email and make sure that you will be available to accept delivery of the goods on the delivery date. If you will not be available please request a different date as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery date by speaking to a FRATI Shop Online advisor on 0809 477 4545
Parcel delivery is used to deliver small items weighing up to 25kg. A parcel delivery can comprise multiple small packages up to a total order weight of 100kg. Some of our products are not suitable to be delivered via parcel, for example products containing mirrors or glass and some items over 150cm. These will be transferred automatically to truck delivery team where we can take better care of them.
Parcel force will deliver orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery will only be made to the point of entry of the delivery address. You don’t need to be at home to accept delivery. Parcel Force will leave a card informing you that they will rearrange delivery at your convenience or you can collect from your nearest depot. Alternatively you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a different work address if this is easier for you. Please note any individual product that weighs more than 25kg will be delivered to you via our truck delivery service.
Our delivery team will deliver all orders we classify as ‘large deliveries’ (items over 25kg), and any products we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery. Your delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. Truck deliveries take place on nominated days depending on where you live.
On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call you 1 hour before your delivery is due to ensure that you are available to take delivery and to check with you that there are no unexpected access restrictions.
